The 4th year senior nursing students of UST College of Nursing invites everyone (nursing students and professionals) to a seminar on Total Quality Management with the theme "TQM: Going Beyond Expectations in Health Care" which seeks to to enhance the understanding of students and people directly involved in providing care to patients regarding total quality management in health care and its implementation in an internationally accredited health care facility.
