And the preparation for NMAT begins.

I just paid the examination fee for the National Medical Admission Test (NMAT) earlier. 

I'm planning to take up Medicine on the next school year so this NMAT is like one of the requirements. As such, getting a good score on this one will certainly help me get to a competitive medical school.  I plan to apply in UST (although the tuition fee is very expensive) and in Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (which I think also has a decent medicine program for a wayyy cheaper price).

I started to review for the NMAT which will be on December. I seriously need some refreshers on Physics, Chemistry, Math, and Biology. The MSA reviewer I bought just made me stare at the questions since I was so clueless about the topics. It's been a long time since I had exams about general science. Review I must! 

Then again, I'm not closing doors to pursuing the nursing profession. If I don't get a clear cut sign of me going to med before the school year starts, then a Master's degree in Nursing would be my next option. 

On the lighter note, I started to enjoy work now. I love my new team and the new people I meet at work. I learned to shrug of the stress and all the irate-ness I encounter everyday. I figure that I should be more grateful that I even have a job although it's far from what I studied for in college. In times like these, bawal na choosy.
