U-Speak: What Academic Requirement stresses you the most

For this week's U-Speak segment, the question is "What Academic Requirement stresses you the most? Here's what the people from U-Belt say:

"I'd have to say the most stressful academic requirement for me would have to be the papers. Not only do they bear almost the same weight as the finals when it comes to the grading system, but they're equally as hard. Of course it might be easier for other students to gather their thoughts, organize it and put it down on paper. Though I easily come up with numerous ideas, finding the right words to express it on paper, however, is a different matter. That's not the only onerous thing about writing papers. The page limits are quite irksome as well. They're enough to cramp one's style. For, when the right words do come rushing out - they would have to be kept in check to meet the limit. Expressing myself becomes limited as well."

"Grupwork kasi demanding yung leader...basta sa txt nya pinapalabas na madami ginagawa. "
-Arlyn Eunice Rivera, 1st year, Geodetic Engineering, University of the Philippines-Diliman

"Machine Projects (basic programming and electronics) REASON: you need super logic and mathematical powers"
- Mark Kevin Brin, 1st yr, BS Computer Engineering, Polytechnic University of the Philippines

"Yung ng pinakanagpapastress sakin na school work ngayon is yung "retdem",return demo, application siya nung mga procedures na tinutro samen tulad ng bed making, physical assessment blahblah .. hirap nun kase pwede ka bumagsak at chaka dapat lam mo ung mga rationale ng mga gnagwa mo sa isang certain procedure"

- Samira Mennel Rosefel Uy, 1st year, BS Nursing, Far Eastern University

"For me, its research paper because there's a lot of stuff to do, e.g, search for instruments, literature reviews. topic proposal pa lang ang hirap hirap na, tapos mag gagather pa ng data, tapos interpretation, tapos syempre susulat ka pa ng napakahabang academic paper na pag mali ang citation annotated bibliography at references ay tiyak tumataginting na singko ka"
- Clarissa De Vera, 1st year, BA Political Science, University of the Philippines-Manila

"Research paper, because basically it is a type of academic writing that needs more theoretical, significant and methodical level of inquiry than most other written assignments. In order to complete a research paper, you will have to spend a lot of time, study a lot of information resources, come up with a suitable approach and crystallize and summarize all your knowledge in a proper format. Sounds like a lot of work, doesn’t it? So I find this the most stressful form of school work I've got right now."
- Julio Amadeo L. Angeles, 1st year, BS Psychology, Colegio de San Juan de Letran

"Thesis about programming reason: kasi ang hirap mag hanap ng error sa program at ang dami pa nililipat na code, tapos gagawan pa ng report, tapos i de-defense pa.."

-  Fritz Pamesa, 1st year, BS Information technology, University of the East
