Campus Tour: University of the Philippines

The University of the Philippines - Diliman is the flaship campus of the University of the Philippines System stategically situated in Diliman, Quezon City. It is the premier state university known to have the most rigorous student selection and screening process as my classmates who took the UP College Admission Test would say, "Nakakabaliw sa hirap".

Owing to its large land area at 493 hectares, the campus is also called the Diliman Republic - described as a "microcosm of the Philippines" and it is the only university who has its own jeepney transportation system (called UP Ikot)inside its own campus.

UPD offers a broad range of courses from business to engineering and is considered the university with the largest number of graduate and undergraduate courses among all the universities in the Philippines  Its is also the university who has the most number of Center of Excellence and Center of Development.
